This Privacy Policy explains how Homeopathy Network ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this website and subscribe to our newsletter. We are committed to processing your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Homeopathy Network is operated by Similia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. 2. What We Collect and Why
- Newsletter signup — your email address (and, if you provide it, your name). We use it to send our newsletter and related marketing emails (homeopathy articles, tips, and occasional offers).
- Website analytics — aggregate, non-identifying usage data (see Section 6).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal Basis — Consent
We send marketing email only on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). When you subscribe we use double opt-in: after you submit the form we email you a confirmation link, and we only add you to our list once you click it. This confirms your address and records your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time — every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
4. Email Service Provider
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver our emails and to store our subscriber list. Resend is operated from the United States; where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, that transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards. Resend acts as our data processor under a data-processing agreement.
5. Data Retention
We keep your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data within 30 days, retaining only the minimal record needed to honour your unsubscribe request (so we do not email you again), unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Analytics and Cookies
- Simple Analytics — we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that collects only aggregate statistics and no personal data. It runs without cookies and therefore does not require your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — we use GA4 to understand how visitors engage with the site. GA4 sets cookies and is loaded only after you opt in through our cookie-consent banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps analytics and advertising storage denied by default until you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner; if you withdraw consent, GA4 stops and its cookies are removed. GA4 may involve data transfer to Google; such transfers rely on the applicable safeguards.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (ico.org.uk) — or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local data-protection authority.
